Manual Tube Bender
Clarke & Lewis manual tube benders bend small-diameter tube by hand, with no hydraulics, wiring or power required. The five models range from a bender that clamps in a bench vise to mandrel benders on their own tables, covering tube from 1/8″ to 1-1/2″ OD. They give accurate rotary draw bends at a fraction of the cost and footprint of a powered machine.

Choosing a model
- Smallest tube, from 1/8″ OD: UTB CL-62
- 3/4″ mild steel in a bench vise: UTB CL-75
- Compact bench bender for 1″ non-ferrous tube: UTB CL-75BB
- Repeat multi-bend parts up to 1-1/4″ with a mandrel: UTB CL-75M
- Largest manual capacity, 1-1/2″ non-ferrous, with a geared ratchet: UTB CL-150M
Capabilities
- Tube from 1/8″ OD (CL-62) up to 1-1/2″ OD non-ferrous (CL-150M)
- Centerline radii from 1/2″ to 8″, with bends to 180° and beyond
- Mandrel bending on the CL-75M and CL-150M for thin-wall tube that would otherwise wrinkle or flatten
- Repeat bends without re-measuring: adjustable stops on the CL-75BB, preset stops for up to 10 bends on the CL-75M, and a plane-of-bend carriage on the CL-150M
- Mounting to suit the shop: bench vise (CL-75), workbench (CL-75BB), or table and cabinet (CL-75M, CL-150M)
