We are a business-to-business supplier of used tube benders, parts, rebuilds, and tooling, based in Brighton, Michigan. Our website is intended for business customers in the United States.

Visitor identification (Topline)

We use a visitor identification service provided by Topline. It runs only for visitors in the United States. When you visit our site, its pixel collects your IP address, browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and the pages you view. Topline may match this information against its own business and consumer records to identify the company you work for, and in some cases your name, job title, email address, and phone number.

We use these results to understand which businesses are interested in our equipment and services and to follow up with potential customers. Topline may also add your browser to advertising audiences so we can show you ads on other websites and social networks.

How we share information

We share information only as described here:

• Service providers that run our business on our behalf: web hosting (GoDaddy), security and content delivery (Cloudflare), analytics (Google), visitor identification (Topline), email, and shipping carriers.
• Equipment dealers and manufacturers. Some machines on our site are offered by other dealers, and we serve as a manufacturer’s representative for certain equipment lines. If you ask about that equipment, we may share your contact details and inquiry with the dealer or manufacturer so they can respond.

Inquiry and marketing records are kept while there is a business relationship or ongoing interest, and are deleted or anonymized after that. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.

Security

Our site uses encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we do not collect or store payment card information online. No website or transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Visitors outside the United States
