Furniture Manufacturing company out of Kalamazoo MI: We have two PINES benders, working Maintenance I have had the privilege of dealing with Dave from Ultimate Tube Benders anytime we are in search of spare parts or in need of a little guidance when it comes to in-depth troubleshooting. Dave has always delivered on time and returned my calls in a very timely fashion if I had to leave a message. Dave and Ultimate Tube Bender Parts have mechanically rebuilt and upgraded the control systems on two of our Pines benders. Both machines have ran excellent for years after his work. He is an excellent source of parts for these machines and his knowledge and technical resources are second to none. He has always gone above and beyond to help us when we run into hiccups with the equipment, whether it be parts or guidance on advanced in depth troubleshooting. Ultimate Tube Benders recently rebuilt our small Pines bending machine for us at Kottler Metal Products, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They are true experts in bending equipment and have supported our operation for years with our Pines benders and service needs.

This was our first time using their custom controller, and we’ve been extremely impressed with the versatility and overall quality. It provides a high level of control and flexibility in our bending operations. If anything, it’s almost too responsive — which really speaks to how precise and capable the system is once dialed in.

David and the team have been readily accessible whenever we’ve needed troubleshooting help or system updates. The quality of this rebuild and controller upgrade helps us continue delivering the highest-quality bends and formed parts to our customers at Kottler Metal Products.
