The Sunrise Dual Cylinder Ironworkers range in capacities from 66 to 185 tons and feature two high-speed cylinders with two-position foot pedals, allowing two operators to work simultaneously. Standard features include a structural die-block, five independent stations, 2″ punch capacity, an integrated structural steel shear station, and a best-in-the-business 3-year warranty! No other ironworker brand offers more, period.

Horizontal Bending Machine | 45 and 82 Tons

The Sunrise HBM horizontal bending machines, offer a wide range of tooling for different bending operations. Custom tooling and CNC back-gauges are also available.

STANDARD FEATURES

• One-piece machined table:
  The table is machined from a single piece with the cylinder mounted on top, so tooling alignment holds up under repeated heavy bends instead of drifting.
• No crowning, single centered cylinder:
  Force comes from one cylinder in the middle of the bend area — nothing to crown and no multiple axes to keep in alignment.
• Open tooling pattern:
  Multiple machined holes across the table let you mount additional dies, fixtures and shop-made tooling, so the machine adapts to the job rather than the other way round.
• Tooling changes in minutes:
  Tooling is smaller and lighter than press brake tooling, so a changeover is a short job for one person rather than a production stoppage.
• Two-hand control or locked foot pedal:
  Run it either way depending on the part — both hands clear for short pieces, or a pedal when the work needs holding.
• Name-brand hydraulics and electrics:
  Components you can source locally when something eventually needs replacing, backed by stocked parts and factory-trained technicians in Belcamp, MD.

OPTIONAL FEATURES

• CNC back gauge, 1 m or 2 m:
  Positions to ±0.004″ at 40 ft/min, stores 99 programs of 10 bends and retracts to clear the workpiece. Retrofits to an HBM-45 or HBM-82 at any time.
• Press brake tooling adapters:
  Adapters let the HBM accept American and European press brake tooling, so punches and dies already in your racks can go to work on this machine instead of being bought twice. Send us what you have and we will tell you what adapts.
