Pines #4 Long Arm Hydraulic Tube Bender

The Pines #4 is one of the largest machines in Pines’ hydraulic rotary draw line. It is built for heavy-wall, large-diameter tube and pipe in structural, process piping, heavy equipment, marine, and large exhaust work. It handles mild steel tube up to 6″ OD, stainless up to 4-1/2″ OD, and pipe up to 4″ Schedule 80, with bends to 180° plus springback.

This unit is a long arm configuration, and it has been tested. It is equipped with:

• LH (counterclockwise) rotation
• Hydraulic mandrel extractor
• Push-button controls with turret
• Base extension of approximately 5′ for longer tube lengths over the mandrel

The #4’s heavy hydraulic design gives smooth, controlled bending force. That matters most on heavy-wall tube, where steady material flow reduces wrinkling and improves bend-to-bend consistency. Combined with mandrel tooling, it supports quality bends across a wide range of tube sizes.
