This Pines #2 hydraulic tube bender comes with more than $12,000 in new tooling and repairs, set up for 2″ to 3″ exhaust tubing in 14 ga. aluminized and 16 ga. stainless. It is a 3-phase machine.
Work done and parts included:
- Tooling for 2″, 2.25″, 2.5″ and 3″ tube, with stainless mandrels and wiper dies
- New 3″ and 2.5″ clamps
- New 2.5″ and 3″ stainless wiper dies
- New 1-1/4″ mandrel rod with custom-made ends
- Rebuilt mandrel extractor cylinder
- New clamping die rods, bushings and pins
- Hydraulic tank drained and wiped clean, with new filters and fresh fluid
The machine works and is ready to make parts, though it still needs some minor attention. It can be loaded on your trailer with 48 hours’ notice; the hydraulic fluid must be drained before it is moved. Located in Florida. Contact us for a quote.
