This 2014 Messer Titan is a large-format CNC plasma cutting system built for high-volume processing of oversized steel plate. It is listed in very good condition.
The machine offers an effective cutting area of 10′ x 80′ over a 13′ x 86′ water table, with contouring speeds of 400 IPM and positioning speeds up to 1,700 IPM. Motion accuracy and repeatability are both rated at ±0.010″. Material capacity runs from 26 gauge sheet to 12″ plate.
Cutting is handled by a Hypertherm HPR400XD high-definition plasma system on a Messer Global Rotator Delta E bevel unit, giving 5-axis bevel cutting capability. An ALFA oxy-fuel torch covers heavy plate, and a Telesis pinstamp is fitted for part marking. The system runs on a Messer Global Control CNC.
