The 6RD is a heavy-duty hydraulic rotary draw bender built for large-diameter tube and pipe. It is the kind of machine used in structural, process piping, heavy equipment, marine, and large exhaust work. It is rated for tube up to 5″ OD and pipe up to 4″ Schedule 80, with centerline radii up to roughly 30″ and bends to 180° plus springback.
The 6RD design is fully hydraulic: hydraulic clamp die, bend die action, pressure die, and boost clamp give the force and control that large-diameter, heavy-wall bending demands. A long bed allows long tube lengths over the mandrel, and a degree-of-bend readout lets the operator set repeatable bend angles.
This unit has been reconditioned and is offered with tooling, so a buyer can put it to work without the cost and lead time of sourcing large-diameter dies first.
