The Eaton Leonard VB300 is a 3″-class hydraulic rotary draw tube bender from Eaton Leonard’s VB series. Eaton Leonard machines are found throughout automotive, aerospace, HVAC, and heavy-equipment manufacturing, where they are valued for rigid construction and repeatable bend quality.
This unit is equipped with a Premier control and set up for production mandrel bending:
- RH (clockwise) rotation
- Hydraulic mandrel extractor
- Wiper die holder for mandrel and thin-wall work
- Pressure die assist, which helps control wall thinning and improves bend quality on tighter radii
- Overhead tie bar for added rigidity under bending loads
