Clarke & Lewis UTB CL-75M Manual Mandrel Tube Bender

The Clarke & Lewis CL-75M, item number UTB CL-75M, is a manual rotary draw mandrel bender for accurate, repeatable multi-bend parts. It bends 1/4″ to 1″ OD ferrous and 1/4″ to 1-1/4″ OD non-ferrous tube, up to 180° plus 15° overbend, on centerline radii up to 6″, with 8 ft of tube length over the mandrel.

How it works. A lever-operated collet chuck on the carriage grips the tube, and a manual toggle clamps it to the bend die. The operator swings the bend arm, drawing the tube around the die over the mandrel. A foot-pedal mandrel extractor with a 1″ stroke pulls the mandrel back at the end of each bend, leaving both hands free.

Repeat parts without CNC. Preset stops let the operator reproduce tubes with up to 10 bends, so the same part comes off the machine bend for bend without re-measuring.

Where it fits. The CL-75M gives mandrel-quality bends and repeatable multi-bend parts with no power or programming. It’s great for:
