Clarke & Lewis UTB CL-75BB Bench Tube Bender

The Clarke & Lewis CL-75BB, item number UTB CL-75BB, is a hand-operated rotary draw bender built to mount on a workbench. It bends 1/4″ to 1″ OD non-ferrous tube up to 180° on a 6″ centerline radius, with 195° of bend arm travel to allow for springback.

How it works. The tube is clamped with a manual toggle, and the operator pulls the hand lever to draw the tube around the bend die. Adjustable stops set the bend angle so repeat bends match, and a second stop is available for parts with two bend angles. A hanger-type master bar is included. Optional mandrel and die accessories extend the bender to thin-wall tube and other sizes.

Where it fits. At about 175 lb and 24″ x 20″ of bench space, the CL-75BB fits shops with no floor space to spare. It’s great for:
