Clarke & Lewis UTB CL-62 Manual Tube Bender

The Clarke & Lewis CL-62, item number UTB CL-62, is a manual rotary draw tube bender for small-diameter tubing. It bends 1/8″ to 1/2″ OD ferrous tube and 1/8″ to 5/8″ OD non-ferrous tube up to 195°, on centerline radii from 1/2″ to 4″.

How it works. The tube is held against the bend die by a manual toggle clamp, and the operator pulls the bend arm around the fixed die to the set angle. The machine uses a 1/2″ bend post with an adaptor for Type 10 tooling. Rotation is counterclockwise as standard, with clockwise available on request.

Where it fits. The CL-62 is made for accurate bends in small tube, where a larger bender is more machine than the job needs. The 195° range covers return bends as well as standard 90° and 180° work. It’s great for:
