Clarke & Lewis UTB CL-75 Vise Tube Bender

The Clarke & Lewis UTB CL-75 Vise Bender is a compact manual rotary draw bender that mounts in a standard bench vise. It is sized for tubing up to 3/4″ OD x .035″ wall mild steel and bends from 0 to 195° on centerline radii from 1/2″ to 4″.

How it works. The tube is held against the bend die by a buttress-thread screw clamp that advances and retracts quickly, so loading and unloading parts is fast. The operator pulls the bend arm around the fixed die, drawing the tube to the set angle. There are no hydraulics or electrics to install. Clamp it in a vise and it is ready to bend.

Where it fits. The UTB CL-75 is built for shops that bend small-diameter tube in modest quantities, where a powered bender isn’t justified. The 195° range covers return bends as well as standard 90° and 180° work. It’s great for:

Ordering. Bend dies are specific to tube OD and radius, so include your tube size, wall thickness, material and required radius when you request a quote.
