The Eagle CPS20 machine is a hydraulic initial pinch universal roll bending machine with all three rolls driven, designed primarily for one pass rolling. It is an excellent choice for production settings and coiling operations. The CPS20 comes standard with a lifetime frame warranty, hardened steel shafts, precision hydraulics, 40 position automatic positioning controls, LED readout, knurled universal tooling and more! CPS benders are also available in variable speed, automatic cycle, and full CNC versions.

CPS Series Roll Benders have the hydraulic powered lower left bending roll moving upward toward the top roll to create the radius. This maintains in-feed material stock parallel to the shop floor for reduced material handling and enhanced safety. The exclusive MPR40 automatic position repeat control with 40 position memory capacity is great for precisely repeating the bend roll position. Large, easy to use controls have industrial polycarbonate protective overlays.

CPS benders feature a standard universal roll set with 18 components, manufactured from hardened tool steel to bend most all standard profiles the day your machine arrives. Rolls set-up fast and easy, rapidly fitting onto 1.38 inch OD hardened steel shafts journaled in dual tapered high dynamic load roller bearings.

The patented Z-Block Bend Roll Journal increases rigidity for true-to-plane rolling and moves on 4 hardened guides with dual adjustable gibs. Heavy duty lateral material guides have quadruple bearings on the rollers and are the easiest to use. Large thrust adjustment studs have knurling for quick hand adjustment and a recessed hex tail for a ratchet when under extreme loading.
