CSM 100TBRE Dual Stack CNC Hybrid Tube Bender

The CSM 100TBRE is a dual-stack CNC “hybrid” tube bender: it combines servo-electric motion with hydraulic clamping. It’s rated by CSM for 100 mm (3.94″) OD tube, with a centerline radius range of 30–300 mm (1.18″–11.81″) and a 3,500 mm (137.8″) mandrel working distance. This machine is in working condition and runs on its original CSM controller.

How it works. A servo motor drives the bend arm, while the clamp die, pressure die and side booster are hydraulic. The carriage feeds the tube and the collet rotates it, both on servo motors. The two tool stacks shift up and down hydraulically and side to side by servo. That lets the machine run two different radii on the same part in one cycle, which cuts down on second operations and tooling changes. The top stack also supports roll bending for large sweeping radii. A hydraulic mandrel with automatic lubrication supports the tube wall on tight-radius bends.
