The Unison EvBend 1000 is a manually operated, CNC-controlled rotary draw tube bender for small-diameter tube up to 16 mm (5/8″) OD. The operator supplies the feed, rotation and bending force, while the CNC control brakes the carriage feed, tube rotation and bend arm axes at programmed positions.
That approach gives multi-plane, repeatable bends at a lower cost than a fully powered CNC bender, which makes the EvBend 1000 well suited to prototyping and low-volume, high-accuracy production. The PC-based 15″ touchscreen control handles up to 100 bends per part.
