The Pines #4 is one of the largest machines in Pines’ hydraulic rotary draw line, built for heavy-wall, large-diameter tube and pipe. The platform is rated for mild steel tube up to 6″ OD and pipe up to 4″ Schedule 80, with bends to 180° plus springback.
This 1974 unit (S/N 11490-74232) has left-hand (counterclockwise) rotation and is equipped with:
- UTE digital controller
- Pressure die assist
- Direct-acting pressure die
- Hydraulic mandrel extractor
- Wiper die holder assembly
