The Pines #2 is the mid-size model in Pines’ hydraulic rotary draw line. It is built for shops that have outgrown smaller benders but don’t need the size or floor space of a #3 or larger. It handles tube up to 3″ OD, Schedule 80 pipe up to 2″, and rectangular tube, and is used for exhaust systems, frames, handrail, hydraulic and process lines, and general fabrication.
The machine uses Pines’ proven heavy-duty hydraulic design: a hydraulically driven bend arm, hydraulic clamping, and a hydraulic mandrel extractor. It can bend to 180°, and it runs mandrel and non-mandrel work depending on tooling. Pines #2 benders are known for long service lives, and many from this era are still in daily production.
