The Alpine LS208-4 tube laser is the larger-capacity 4-axis fiber laser tube cutting machine in the line, for tube from 20 to 208 mm (0.79″ to 8.19″) OD. It’s available with a 1,000W, 1,500W, 2,000W, or 3,000W fiber laser.
The laser head runs on servo-driven axes at up to 500 mm/s, with 220 mm of X-axis and 150 mm of Z-axis travel. The servo carriage feeds at up to 834 mm/s over 6,600 mm of travel, and the chucks rotate at up to 375°/s. It loads raw tube up to 6,000 mm long, with a minimum end waste of 140 mm (5.51″). Positioning repeatability is ±0.03 mm (±0.0012″).
