Designed for tube and pipe end-forming work, this Tungsten Carbide Flare Center and Head supports tube across a 1.500 – 3 diameter range while the die forms the flare. Keeping the tube on-center reduces scrap from lopsided or eccentric flares, especially on thinner-wall material. It pairs with compatible dieheads and spindle adaptors to extend the machine’s working range without swapping the whole tool set. It is compatible with 3CPV, 8CP w/ spindle adaptor tube end forming machines, and is a good fit for shops standardizing their tube and pipe end-forming tooling.
